Corydalis Africana can be cutted to cultivate new plants, mainly for leaf cutting. Healthy leaves should be selected from the mother plant without pests and diseases. They should look full and full, leaving about 2cm of petiole. The cut leaves can't be used directly. We need to deal with it first. Cut a knife at the upper part of the leaves at an angle of 45 degrees, which can reduce the evaporation consumption of water. Then soak the lower end of the leaf in rooting water, soak for about 3 seconds, take it out and put it aside for drying.
The soil can be prepared according to the existing foundation, perlite, peat soil and vermiculite, and the proportion can be adjusted appropriately. Before use, it should be disinfected. It can be spread out in the hot sun and exposed to the sun. It can also be put in a pot for high-temperature stir fry.
Make a small hole in the soil, and then insert the leaves into it. The depth of insertion should be moderate and not too deep. The surrounding soil shall be compacted and shall not be skewed.
After cutting, put it in a place with enough scattered light, give water properly, maintain humidity, and take root in about 20 days. When the root is stable, it can be moved to the flowerpot.
