Buy the mango home, and throw the core after eating.
Scrape off the remaining yellow pulp with a fruit knife, clean it and put it in a dry and ventilated place to dry. Two days later, it becomes the image in the picture below. It's Beige outside, very different from the pulp.
Use sharp scissors, cut from the edge of the core, be careful not to cut your hand, and then open the shell.
You can see the mango seeds in it after you peel them out.
Use a knife to remove the brown film from the seed surface. Take care not to hurt the seeds. Remove the film and soak the mango seeds in water. Change the water every day to clear the impurities.
After 4 days, the soaked seeds usually begin to sprout, and then they can be planted.
If you haven't sprouted, you can soak for a few more days, but the soaking time can't be too long. It's better to soak for 4-7 days, or the seeds will rot.
During the soaking process, the seeds will gradually turn into a light yellow green.
Choose a higher flowerpot and put it into the potted soil, spray some water to make the soil surface moist, then use chopsticks or other small sticks to dig out holes suitable for seed size
Put the mango seeds in the soil, and the upward part should be slightly exposed outside the soil.
Spread a thin layer of Maifanshi or other small stones, and then spray water for 2 to 3 times with a watering can to make the soil and seeds completely wet.
After that, transfer the potted plants to the indirect sunlight and wait for germination. About 1-2 days to spray water.
Almost 4 days later, the buds will grow up and grow up rapidly.
The figure below shows the appearance on the 8th day. The plant is already 10-18cm high, and the stems and leaves show a dark red color. For a while, the leaves and stems will turn green.
Finish eating the bought mangosteen, leave the seeds, wash them and put them in the shallow water basin to soak for about 10 days, change the water once a day.
10 days later, the seeds will be buried in a slightly moist soil, and then wait for germination of long roots.
About two weeks later, white teeth and light red roots appeared on both ends of the seed.
Put the culture soil in the prepared pot, and bury the sprouted mangosteen in the soil. Note that the buds face up, the roots face down, and then cover with a thin layer of Maifanshi, and water until the soil is wet.
Wait for about 15 days, and you can see the red stem coming out. After a day, the leaves spread out.
Two weeks later, the color of the leaves has faded, and green can be seen faintly.
After the first batch of leaves turn green, it will take about half a month for new shoots to appear, which is also red. After a period of time, they will turn green slowly. And Mangosteen grows very slowly, very slowly, maybe you wait until it's half dead. There are not many leaves.
5 months later
If you eat the rest of mango and Mangosteen at home,
You can try it.
