Lu Shi Shilian likes sunshine and can take full day's sunshine. The growth of Lu's stone lotus requires sufficient sunlight. If the sun is too little, the leaves will be lighter, the plants will grow in vain, and the leaves will be loose.
Lu's stone lotus is not resistant to cold and half shade. Therefore, it is necessary to shade properly in summer and keep sufficient light in winter. However, due to the low temperature in winter, it can be maintained in a sunny place indoors.
The watering of Lu's stone lotus follows the principle of dry through watering.
In summer, when the temperature is higher than 35 ℃, water should be cut off slowly, because the lotus can grow normally in summer, and its dormancy is not obvious, so it can supply less water or no water. Don't rain when it is rainy, it may cause water in basin soil. When the temperature drops in autumn, watering can be resumed slowly. In winter, if the temperature is above 0 ℃, water can be watered. If the temperature is below 0 ℃, water will be cut off slowly. Otherwise, Lu's stone lotus will be frostbitten.
Lu's stone lotus does not have very high requirements for soil. Peat soil can be used to mix coal cinders. The soil should be permeable and have good drainage performance. Clean river sand can be laid on the surface of the soil.
In general, the propagation of ruditaka can take the way of leaf cutting and head cutting, or the way of sowing.
According to the growth condition of the lotus, the basin can be changed once a few years.
When watering, you should pay attention not to pour water into the leaf center, which is easy to rot.
