Don't always water when the flowers are wilting. I don't know these points. One basin is dead!

Our flower friends usually wilt when they raise flowers. They always think that when they wilt, it's drought. Just water them. In fact, there are many wilting conditions of plants, and the corresponding solutions are different, but we must not water blindly!

Wilting due to water shortage

Wilting due to water shortage is the most common. The probability of wilting in hot summer is relatively high. Generally, the withered leaves are dry to the touch, and some will turn yellow. In this case, we need to make up water in time.

First of all, we need to understand the characteristics of each plant. Drought resistant plants can't be watered more. If the basin soil turns white, then watered. When watered, see whether it's dry or wet, such as cactus, Adenium obesum, Money Tree, etc.

Plants that are not drought resistant can be watered with more water, but they can't accumulate water. They can spray water on their leaves, such as bamboo taro, bamboo, etc.

Waterlogged wilt

Waterlogging wilting is that the root system of a plant is unable to breathe due to excessive water, so it is easy to rot. When it comes to the stems and leaves, it means that the leaves are yellow and withered, the stems are rotten, and the whole plant wilts in a state of infiltration.

Put the flowerpot in a well ventilated place at the first time to let the water evaporate quickly. If the ventilation doesn't get better after a period of time, the basin will be changed.

Let's turn over the stagnant soil and repair the root system by the way. Then put some cinders on the bottom of the flowerpot to increase the air permeability, and then replace it with new soil.

The temperature is too high to wilt.

There are two main reasons for this wilting. The first is that the temperature is high in summer and the sun is very bright. At this time, we should consider whether our flowers are light loving plants. If it's a Swiss cheese plant or love vine, it's easy to see withered stems and leaves.

The second reason is that the flowers are placed next to the electrical appliances. The concentrated heat emitted by the electrical appliances will affect the growth of the flowers.

In summer, when the temperature is high, shade the plants properly. Try to move into the house at noon and move out after 3pm. If it's a shade loving plant, it can be kept in the living room and other places with sufficient scattered light. When the air circulation is not good, it can use an electric fan properly. Avoid placing plants near large appliances.

Frostbitten wilt

Not only high temperature will lead to wilting, but also low temperature in autumn and winter will lead to wilting. Generally, when the temperature drops to about 0 ℃, plants will suffer frostbite. Generally, the withered plant stems and leaves will appear transparent after frostbite.

Take a look at the weather forecast in time. When the temperature drops to about 10 ℃, you should quickly move the flowers into the room to keep warm. If the indoor temperature is not enough for the plant to grow, then a plastic bag should be set for it to keep warm, which can effectively avoid frostbite.

Concentrated wilting

When we apply fertilizer, we should use it properly. If we use too much fertilizer, it will easily cause burning of roots. After burning the root, the plant will turn yellow easily, which will lead to the loss of leaves and bare stems.

If the water permeability of the flower soil is better, we can use the way of flood irrigation to deal with it. This can dilute the concentration of fertilizer in the soil.

But if the permeability of the soil is not good, we should change the soil directly like the wilting of water.
