The root of Wenzhou element is relatively thick and short, about 21-35cm long and 0.5-1cm in diameter. The base is larger than the front of the root and has no branches. Its pseudobulb is very inconspicuous, elliptic, about 1.4-1.8 cm in height and 0.8-1.3 cm in diameter.
Wenzhou plain leaves are 5-8 clumps, thin leathery, narrow in shape, about 30-140 cm in length and 0.6-1.3 cm in width. The base is usually folded in half, the upper part is slightly curved, the midvein is obvious, translucent, the edge is rough serrated, the surface is rough, the middle and lower part is concave inward, the apex is gradually sharp, and the midvein is symmetrical on both sides.
Wenzhou plain flowers are orange yellow in color, with spots and deep purple red veins. There are usually 6-12 flowers on a stem.
