Prepare the seeds of sunflower. There are different varieties of sunflower. If you want to plant them in a flowerpot, you can use the sunflower seeds of small ornamental trees. If you want to plant them in a large flower bed or yard, you can use the edible type.
The sowing time is suggested to be in April, when the temperature is about 20 ℃. Remember to ensure the freshness of the seeds. Do not get moldy. Bury the seeds in the soil, germinate in about 3 days, and transplant in about 5 days.
When the sunflower seeds sprout, they can be transplanted into a large basin when the cotyledons are opened. After transplantation, sufficient root fixing water should be poured, and it must be fully poured. It is suggested to put it in a sunny place indoors. If you want to put it in the sun, you should always water it.
When about 3 to 4 pairs of true leaves are grown, spray some potassium dihydrogen phosphate on the leaves every few days to promote the growth of plants. Sunflower should be fertilized during its growth. At this time, it must be organic fertilizer after ripening.
