The best soil for cuiyuncao cultivation is the soil with good water permeability and looseness, and rich in humus. In short, the closer the characteristics of the soil are to the natural wet area, the more conducive to its growth. If you want to mix and prepare your own soil, you can use the same amount of rotten leaf soil, loam and plain sand.
Watering: cuiyuncao needs a large amount of water and high humidity during its growth period, so it can choose water spraying mode, or water on the ground at the same time, so as to increase the soil humidity.
Fertilization: during the growth period, liquid fertilizer should be applied once a month. When it is not growing, as long as the soil is suitable, the fertile humus can provide the nutrients needed for its normal growth.
Light: cuiyuncao likes semi shade environment. It needs to be shaded in summer, not too much light.
Temperature: the most suitable growth temperature is between 21-26 ℃ in the daytime and 10-15 ℃ at night. Therefore, it should be properly treated and protected in summer and winter. The lowest wintering temperature is 5 ℃. If it is lower than this temperature, some measures should be taken to keep it warm.
Cuiyuncao can be propagated by means of ramets and cuttings.
Cuiyuncao likes semi shade environment. Long term strong light irradiation will not only burn the leaves, but even cause the plants to dry and die due to lack of water. Be sure to shade in summer, whether you are in the South or the north. It's very hot in summer and the light is very strong.
Leaf spot is a common disease of Kingfisher. Spray with 50% carbendazim 1000 times solution.
