Bosju is strong and likes sunshine. It can be maintained in short sunshine. It should be noted that the requirement for soil is not strict. If it is transplanted into early fertile soil and the light is not strong, the plant is very easy to grow in vain.
Watering: bosju likes water. It can be watered 2-3 times a day in case of drought and 1-2 times a day in normal days. But it is necessary to avoid ponding in basin soil.
Fertilization: if the base fertilizer is applied during the upper basin planting, no more fertilization is needed during the growth period. If the soil is too rich, the branches and leaves are easy to grow in vain and the flowering is reduced. Or apply 5 times of water to the rotten urine every 10 days during the growing period.
Sowing: the sowing of chrysanthemum persica is carried out from March to April. When the seedlings have 4-5 true leaves, they can be transplanted and plucked, and they can also be inter seeded after direct seeding.
Cuttage: the survival rate of softwood cuttage is high in summer. In May, the thick top branch can be selected, and a section of 8 cm to 10 cm long can be cut as the cuttings. Three to five plants are taken as a cluster to be inserted in the flowerpot. The basin should be buried in the soil, exposed to the ground for 4 cm to 5 cm, watered and shaded, and take root half a month later. After rooting, thin liquid fertilizer was applied once every 15 days. When it was 15 cm long, the top buds were removed to promote more branches. If the fertilizer and water are properly controlled, flowers can be seen in about 45 days.
The plant is tall and easy to sway in the wind, but it is also easy to be broken by the wind.
If you want to cultivate a short, non lodging Persian chrysanthemum, you should postpone the sowing date to July, or after sowing in spring, when the plant grows to 40-50cm, pick the heart and let the axillary buds bloom.
The main diseases of bosju are leaf spot and powdery mildew, which can be sprayed with 50% tob wettable powder 500 times.
The insect pests that bosju pays attention to include aphids, beetles, etc., which can be killed by spraying with 2500 times of 10% insecticidal cream. Red spider is easy to occur in hot weather, so it should be prevented as soon as possible.
