The green emperor is an everpothosy climber. The stem is thick and grows slowly. The leaves are basal at the young age. The stem will not appear until the plant grows up and the old leaves fall off.
The internode of stem is short, the distance is about 1-2 ℃ cm, the internode often has adventitious air root, the stem diameter is up to 2-4 ℃ cm, it is light brown, the upright is poor.
