Ivy can be cultivated either in soil or in water. The two culture methods are different, and the plants have different characteristics. In general, soil culture plants grow tall, lush and robust, while hydroponics plants are more compact, delicate and ornamental.
1. Flower soil: it has low requirements for flower soil. Most flower soil except alkaline soil can meet its growth requirements. However, it is more recommended to use breathable and thick flower soil to nourish it, which can make it grow better
2. Water content: it prefers to be wet. Pay more attention to the condition of flower soil at ordinary times, water it in time, and do not let the soil dry.
3. Fertilization: apply flower fertilizer every 15 days in the growth period, and reduce fertilization in summer and winter.
1. Water quality: purified water can be used to nourish it, and tap water can also be used to air for more than 24 hours.
2. Change water: it is better to change water for it often. When you see impurities in the water, you should replace them in time.
3. Nutrient solution: the nutrient solution is applied every 10 days during the growth period, which can be combined with water change. Note that the nutrient solution needs to be diluted in advance and then applied, not directly, otherwise it may cause damage to the root system of the plant.
