Generally, the thawing of Lesotho soil is the best season for transplanting rose. When raising seedlings, make sure to raise the soil mass well and try not to hurt the roots. Some rose lovers, just afraid of the rose dry dead, often watering, resulting in soil water, wet and mushy, this is not conducive to rose root respiration, root rot, and death.
The fertilization of rose should be based on coarse fertilizer and base fertilizer. More application of organic fertilizer is beneficial to the improvement of soil, so that the soil has good water retention, water permeability and ventilation performance. When applying organic fertilizer as base fertilizer and top dressing, it must be noted that it is thoroughly rotten. Apply base fertilizer to avoid accumulating fertilizer at the root and stem base of rose. It is not suitable to apply concentrated fertilizer as well as liquid fertilizer. Otherwise, it will be harmful to the growth of rose and cause serious death.
Rose is suitable to grow in fertile, loose, air permeable and good drainage performance of the neutral sandy loam. The main reason for the death of rose is that the mixture of 40% horse (cattle) manure, 40% garden soil and 20% sand is loose, breathable, poor water and drainage.
