1. Twig Cutting: the cutting time is generally from July to August, because the twigs are the most active and the survival rate is high. Cut the lignified branches into cuttings about 10 cm long, and keep only 2-3 leaves at the top. The depth of cutting is about 8 cm, and then it is more permeable and covered with plastic film, which can take root in about 15-20 days.
2. Hardwood cutting: the cutting time is generally from late March to early April. The method is similar to that of twigs. Select the annual branches with strong growth, cut them into 10-15cm, and the cutting depth is about 8-13cm. Then pour water and cover with plastic film. When the seedlings grow to 15-20cm, open the film for maintenance.
Sowing is generally carried out from March to April. The seeds were sown on the soil surface, about 3-4cm apart, 2-3 seeds. After sowing to cover a layer of fine soil, about 10 - 14 days seeds will sprout out.
