The leaves of chrysanthemum chrysanthemum are oval or oval shaped obovate, 8 to 10 cm long. The leaves have pinnate division, 4 to 10 pairs of lateral lobes, the lobes are oval or linear, and the upper leaves are small.
The leaves of kuju are lanceolate, with pinnate deep split, oblong or oblanceolate, or large pinnate deep split, 3 to 12 cm long and 2 to 7 cm wide.
The flower of chrysanthemum is a head, the top of the single stem or a few grow on the top of the stem and branch, forming an inconspicuous corymbose, the peduncle is 15 to 20 cm long, and the flower is yellow.
The flower of kuju is capitulum, a few of which will form a close corymb or raceme at the top of the stem and branch, and the small flower of ligulate is yellow.
