Corydalis is a kind of perennial herb. Its flower stem is short, the flower is bisexual, the flower diameter is 2.5-4.0cm, and the fruit is oval capsule. The suitable temperature for its growth is 10 - 15 ℃, which is more cold resistant and difficult to grow under high temperature.
Viola tricolor is a perennial herbaceous plant, generally as a biennial green plant, often planted in parks, flower beds and so on. Its flower is about 3.5-6cm in diameter, and its capsule is oval, 8-12mm in length. The suitable temperature for its growth is 15 - 25 ℃, which is more cold resistant, and the root system can withstand - 15 ℃.
Both corydalis and Viola tricolor belong to Violaceae family. They are very similar in appearance, but there are some differences.
① flower size: Corydalis 2-4cm, pansy 3-6cm.
(2) flower shape: there are dark dots in the middle of Pansy's flower, and the flower shape is more round, while the Corydalis only has a black straight line like a beard, and the flower shape is longer.
③ cold resistance: Corydalis is more resistant to extreme temperature, heat and cold than Corydalis triangularis.
