There is no essential difference between green pepper and red pepper. Both of them belong to Rutaceae. There are differences in appearance color, green pepper is gray green, red pepper appearance color is brown red or purple red, the color is darker. Green pepper is a newly harvested pepper, which is pure natural, the latter is processed, after drying or baking, so the skin color becomes red. There are some differences in taste. There is also a difference in large-scale planting areas. The former is mainly produced in Jilin, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Hebei and other regions, and Fujian, Hubei, Anhui, Inner Mongolia and Hunan are also distributed. The latter is mainly produced in Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hebei, Gansu and other places, in addition to these, Sichuan, Shandong, Qinghai and other places also have distribution.
