The difference between Jiegua and Donggua

Leaf: the leaf surface of Chieh qua is dark green, the back is green, and there are hairs on both sides. However, the surface of wax gourd leaves is dark green. When they are old, they will fall off to glabrous, and the back is gray white with coarse hard hair. Fruit: Jiegua is a bottle gourd with long or short cylindrical shape. The wax gourd is nearly spherical or cylindrical.

2. Fruit difference

Jiegua is a bottle gourd with a long or short cylinder. Its skin color is strong green, yellow green or green, and its surface has a light longitudinal groove or star shaped green white dot.

Wax gourd is nearly spherical or cylindrical, about 20-30cm long, about 10-25cm in diameter, light green or dark green in color, with white frost and hard hair on the surface.
