The leaves of orchid are oblong, oblanceolate or oblanceolate lanceolate, about 5 to 10 cm long, 1.5 to 2.5 cm wide, with lateral lobes, and the top of the leaves gradually become sharp. Both sides of the leaf are smooth and glabrous, and the edge of the leaf has irregular fine teeth or coarse teeth.
The leaves of Chlorophytum are basal, in the shape of strip, sword or strip lanceolate. They are very long and narrow. The leaves are 10 to 30 cm long and 1 to 2 cm wide, becoming narrow towards both ends.
Orchid has a head like inflorescence, most of which grow at the top of stem and branches and form a compound corymb. The inflorescence is about 3 to 6 cm, and the flowers are white or reddish.
Chlorophytum flowers are white, usually 2 to 4 clusters, arranged in racemes or panicles.
