The characteristic of plum blossom is to bloom first and then to grow leaves, so it must be plum blossom that presents a sea of flowers without leaves when the flowers are blooming, while peach blossom is a symbiotic coexistence of flowers and leaves.
Plum trees are slightly short, generally five or six meters high, and their trunk color is mostly light gray; peach trees are even higher than the highest height of plum trees, can grow to 6 to 8 meters, most of the trunk is rough, and mainly gray brown.
The flowering time of plum and peach is different. Plum blossom usually blooms in the cold winter and the low temperature early spring, that is, from the lunar month to February; peach blossom usually blooms in the spring and March, which is warmer. However, some places have different climates, so the flowering time may not be particularly accurate.
Although the petals of plum blossom and peach blossom look similar, but the petals of plum blossom are denser and heavier than those of peach blossom, the space between petals is smaller and the color is thicker, while the petals of peach blossom are thinner and thinner.
