The difference between verbena and rosemary

Leaves: Verbena leaves are oval to obovate or oblong lanceolate, basal and cauline leaves are serrated, both sides have bristles. Rosemary, however, is linear with no serrations on the whole, nearly glabrous on the top and fluffy on the bottom. Flowers: Verbena corolla lavender to blue. Rosemary is blue purple.

Verbena leaves are oval to obovate or oblong lanceolate, about 2-8 cm long and 1-5 cm wide. There will be serrations and notches on the edge of the basal leaves, 3 deep splits on the stem leaves, serrations on the edge of the lobes, and bristles on both sides, especially on the back veins.

Rosemary leaves are linear, usually clustered on branches, much smaller than the former, about 1-2.5cm long and 1-2mm wide, with blunt apex, narrow base, no serration on the whole, nearly glabrous on the top and fluffy on the bottom.

The difference between flowers

Verbena for spikes axillary and terminal, corolla color is lavender to blue.

Rosemary almost five stem, there are a few racemes growing on the top of short branches, corolla color is blue purple.
