The leaves of zebra aloe are arranged in a compact, rosette shape, slightly concave, with green epidermis and oval white dots arranged horizontally. If the sun is strong and the light is sufficient, they will turn brown, with short brown teeth on the edge. The leaves are triangular lanceolate and rosette like. The surface is smooth and dark green. There are white protuberances on the back of the leaves, which are arranged in horizontal stripes.
The inflorescence of zebra aloe is less branched, the flower is tubular, and the color is pink. The color of the flower is green and white.
