It can be carried out in the growing season, and the survival rate is the highest from April to June. Cut a branch 8-10cm long, preferably with 3-5 nodes above, remove the leaves below, and mix the rotten organic fertilizer in the cultivation medium. Then insert it, about a third deep. After cutting, keep it moist and do not water it too much to cause water logging. Pay attention to shade in summer.
The method of plant division can guarantee the quality, but the seed setting is poor. In the middle and last ten days of March, just started to sprout new shoots, dug out the old plants, cut off the side buds with the old roots, and then transplant them separately, and do a good job of maintenance.
The sowing time is different from north to south. The north is in spring and the south is in August to September in autumn. Before sowing, apply the rotten organic fertilizer to the loam and loosen the soil. The seeds are mixed with fine sand for sowing, covered with 0.5cm soil, then covered with sunshade net, and watered thoroughly, keeping the temperature at 28 ℃. This method is more cumbersome, and the seed is smaller, not easy to operate, so family breeding is not commonly used.
