In summer, it is not advisable to water when the temperature is too high, but in the morning or in the evening. It's wet in rainy sky, so it's not suitable to water. In winter, when the temperature is high at noon, water it to avoid frostbite of its root system.
In summer, antler crabapple is in a semi dormant state. It can be kept in a cool place. When the temperature is too high, it is necessary to spray water to the surrounding environment frequently to cool down. Don't spray water directly on the plant to avoid affecting dormancy. It will wrinkle if it is short of water. Water it or soak it in the basin in time after finding it wrinkled. If the surrounding environment is well ventilated, the soaking basin can be selected.
Its leaves are fleshy and can store water, so it is more drought resistant. When curing, watering should not be too much, and the basin soil should be wet and dry. It can be watered according to season and climate change. In summer, with high temperature, water can be increased appropriately to supplement the evaporated water. In winter, watering can be reduced. If the temperature is too low and the water is too much, its roots may be frostbitten.
When it is in dormancy period in summer and the temperature is too low in winter, water should be controlled. Water once every 1-2 days in summer and once every 1-2 weeks in winter. Water every 2-3 days in spring and autumn.
