Prevention and control: chemical control can be carried out by spraying bacterial insecticides, such as 50% phoxim emulsifiable concentrate 1000 times, 20% fenvalerate emulsifiable concentrate 2000-3000 times, 2.5% deltamethrin emulsifiable concentrate 3000 times, Kungfu 2.5% emulsifiable concentrate 500 times, Uranus 10% emulsifiable concentrate 1000 times, or 21% killing emulsifiable concentrate 4000 times. Or by means of physiological prevention and control, use mefenuron 1 or mefenuron 3 20% or 25% colloidal suspension 500-1000 times, the efficacy is half a month.
Symptoms: the aphid will suck the juice of leaves and branches and stems, the damaged parts will form dry spots, the growth rate of cockscomb will decrease, the leaves will gradually shrink, turn yellow and roll up after forming dry spots, and finally the leaves will fall off, seriously endangering the whole plant. Aphid saliva is also toxic and harmful to plants.
Control: spray 50 ‰ DDVP 800-1000 times solution or 40% dimethoate 1500-2000 times solution at the initial stage, which has a good control effect on the development of the disease. The seriously damaged plants should be pulled out and destroyed in time.
Symptom: red spider is very small and hard to detect, so once it is found, cockscomb has been seriously injured.
Prevention and control: if the damage scope is small, the insect leaves should be removed directly for destruction; if the damage situation is not optimistic, the plants need to be sprayed with 1500 times of 40% dimethoate emulsion to prevent and control, so as to eliminate the insect damage at one time.
