Duheng is a perennial herb of Aristolochiae. The leaves of duheng are heart-shaped or kidney heart-shaped. They are three to eight centimeters long and wide. The front end is blunt or round. The base is heart-shaped. The lobes on both sides are about 1 to three centimeters long and 1.5-3.5 cm wide. The leaves are dark green and the back is light green.
