Duheng's leaves are heart-shaped or kidney heart-shaped, 3-8 cm in length and width, blunt or round at the front and heart-shaped at the bottom. The lobes on both sides of duheng are about 1-3 cm in length and 1.5-3.5 cm in width. The leaves are dark green and light green at the back. There are white spots on both sides of the veins in the middle of the leaves, short hairs on the veins and near edges of the leaves, and petiole length is about 3-15 cm.
