The leaves of cauliflower are palmately compound leaves of 3 to 7 leaflets. The leaflets are oval, oblanceolate or rhombus in the shape of inverted eggs. The top of the leaves is gradually sharp, blunt or round. The base of the leaves is wedge-shaped. The two sides of the leaves are close to glabrous, and the edges are serrulate.
The leaves of broccoli are dark blue-green, with thick waxy layer. There are two types of leaves: broad-leaved and long-leaved, with narrow and long petioles.
White cauliflower raceme, 15 to 30 cm long, flowers few to many, petals white, vaguely pale yellow or lilac.
Green cauliflower when the plant grows more than 20 leaves, it will grow a flower stem, close gathering at the top of the plant to form a group of flower buds, which are green.
