The planting time of radish varies with varieties and regions. Its growth period is 25 to 60 days. Spring radish is planted in early spring, summer radish is planted in May to June; autumn radish is planted in July, probably harvested in October; winter radish is planted in the first half of September, not too late, which will affect the yield.

I. Spring Radish

Spring radish is widely planted in the north of the Yangtze River. The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are sown from February to March and harvested from April to June.
