The leaves of Spiraea are rhombic lanceolate to rhombic oblong, about 3-5cm in length and 1.5cm-2cm in width. The apex is sharp, the base is wedge-shaped, the edge is serrated from above the middle, the top is dark green, and the bottom is gray blue. While Spiraea aurea is a single leaf, which is smaller than the former, about 0.8-3cm long and 0.5-1.6cm wide, with sharp double serrations and pinnate veins on its edge. Its leaves are green in summer, yellow and red in spring and purple in autumn.
The color of the flower is white, and the petals are nearly round or obovate. The color of chrysanthemum flower is rose red, the inflorescence is large, and the petals are round.
